A Case of BEWG Selected as a Typical One of Universities-enterprises Cooperation in the Integration of Enterprises with Vocational Schools and Universities in 2021 by the Ministry of Education 2022-04-01
On March 23, entrusted by the Department of Vocational and Adult Education of the Ministry of Education (MOE), the Specialized Committee of Integration of Enterprises with Vocational School of Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy (CSEDS) released the List of Typical Cases of Universities-enterprises Cooperation in the Integration of Enterprises with Vocational Schools in 2021, with the case declared by BEWG of a Shared Future of Pan-centralized Enterprises-universities Cooperation - Innovation Platform for the Integration of Enterprises with Vocational Schools and Universities of BEWG Education Center of BEWG Group successfully selected. This is not only an affirmation of BEWG's work in deepening the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities, universities-enterprises cooperation, and promoting the organic connection between education chain, talent chain and industrial chain, and innovation chain, but also an recognition of BEWG's cooperation with universities to improve the quality of talent training.
In July 2021, in order to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi's important instructions on vocational education and the spirit of the National Vocational Education Conference, deepen the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities and universities-enterprises cooperation, and promote the implementation of the Action Plan for Improving Quality and Cultivating Excellence in Vocational Education (2020-2023), MOE issued the Notice on Collecting Cases of Universities-enterprises Cooperation in the Integration of Enterprises with Vocational Schools and Universities, to collect cases of the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities, universities-enterprises cooperation openly to the society.
Over the years, BEWG has always attached great importance to the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities and universities-enterprises cooperation, and actively promoted the strategic plan of the State Council on deepening the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities, gave full play to the important main role of enterprises, advocated enterprises in the environmental protection industry to break the traditional boundaries, widely gathered resources and wisdom of production, education and research across industries and specialties, built a shared future of pan-centralized enterprises-universities cooperation. Besides, it has worked with ecological partners to promote the all-round integration of structural elements on the supply side of talent training and the demand side of industry, and trained a large number of high-quality innovative talents and technical and skilled talents, to make contributions to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industry and high-quality development.
Based on its own industrial advantages and development orientation, centered on BEWG Education Center, taking the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities as the leading factor, BEWG integrates the departments related to ecological environment in domestic colleges and universities and upstream, middle and downstream enterprises of the industrial chain, and jointly builds a digital innovation platform of "education + science and technology" and a six-in-one school-enterprise deep cooperation pattern of "industrial college + teacher training + professional appraisal + training base + innovation and entrepreneurship + talent employment", to promote the leap-forward development of environmental protection vocational education.
By integrating universities-enterprises resources, clarifying division of labor and strengthening joint efforts, the innovation platform of integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities in BEWG Education Center has established a closed-loop full-career service system of "study-employment-entrepreneurship-occupation selection-career" for students. At present, it has signed school-enterprise cooperation agreements with 57 colleges and universities, and set up an ecological environment production-education alliance with 152 colleges and 154 enterprises, established 6 schools of industry, and organized activities such as summits and forums on the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities, human resources forums, special job fairs for college students in environmental protection industry and enterprise experts visiting campus, so as to jointly build a three-dimensional talent value chain. At the same time, by holding the "Internet+" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (teams of universities), "Internet+" Science and Technology Venture Capital Competition (teams of enterprises) and College Students Vocational Skills Competition, a whole-process scientific and technological achievements transformation service system of "Collection-Identification-Verification-Demonstration-Promotion" is established for scientific and technological innovation, which is of significance of promotion value and demonstration in driving the development of industrial talents and scientific and technological innovation.
Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities bears dual missions of talent training and economic development, and is an important breakthrough point for China's higher education reform and modernization in the new era. The successful selection of this case is an outstanding achievement of BEWG's continuous deep cultivation of the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities and universities-enterprises cooperation.
