BEWG Signs a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Hangzhou Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. 2021-07-16
On July 15, BEWG signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hangzhou Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. in Hangzhou. According to the agreement, the two parties will establish a strategic partnership based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit and complementary advantages, and form a long-term alliance for common development to build an excellent platform for both parties to jointly expand into new markets. The agreement was signed by the representatives of both parties, Li Li, CEO of BEWG, and Yang Jingbo, member of the party committee and deputy general manager of Hangzhou Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd.
President Zhou Min, vice president Mao Jianhua, and Zhou Xuhui, general manager of the Eastern Region of BEWG, as well as Lin Liang, deputy party secretary and general manager of Hangzhou Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd., Wu Dongming, member of the party committee, deputy general manager, chief accountant and chairman of Zhejiang Feida Environmental Science & Technology Co., Ltd., et al. attended the signing ceremony. The responsible persons of the village and township business department of BEWG and Zhejiang Kaichuang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., and relevant responsible persons of the Strategic Investment Department, the Science and Technology Innovation Department of Hangzhou Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd., as well as Ziguang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Feida Environmental Science & Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Province Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., etc. attended the symposium.
Before the signing ceremony, the two parties exchanged views on in-depth cooperation in municipal water affairs, water environment, stale refuse treatment, Zhejiang Province’s ecological coastal zone construction, equity fund investment, etc., and reached a deep consensus.
Zhou Min introduced the basic situation of BEWG and its “Dual Platform” development strategy, and shared the equity investment model. He pointed out that BEWG expects to further expand the areas of cooperation and upgrade cooperation levels by taking the signing of this agreement as a new starting point, give full play to the core business areas and regional advantages of both parties, jointly strengthen the linkage between internal and external platforms, and promote landing of the project by attaching equal importance to major and minor affairs to provide in-depth system solutions for all cities, and finally achieve high-quality development of mutual benefit and win-win result.

He said that the signing of this agreement is a good start for the two parties to deepen cooperation.
