BEWG signed strategic cooperation agreement with Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd. 2021-07-16
On July 15, BEWG and Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hangzhou. According to the agreement, the two sides will establish a strategic partnership based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit and complementary advantages, and form a long-term joint development alliance to build a good platform for both sides to jointly expand new markets. Li Li, Executive President of BEWG, and Yang Jingbo, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
Zhou Min, President of BEWG, Mao Jianhua, Vice President, and Zhou Xuhui, General Manager of the Eastern Region; Lin Liang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group, and Wu Dongming, Member of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, Chief Accountant and Chairman of Zhejiang Feida Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony. The person in charge of Village and Township Business Department of BEWG and Zhejiang Kai Chuang Environment; The Strategic Investment Department, Science and Technology Innovation Department of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group, as well as relevant persons of Ziguang Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Feida Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Province Environmental Protection Group were present at the symposium.
Before the signing ceremony, The two sides exchanged views on in-depth cooperation in the fields of municipal water affairs, water environment, disposal of stale refuse , construction of ecological coastal zone in Zhejiang Province and Equity Fund Investment.
Zhou Min introduced the basic situation and “dual platform” development strategy of BEWG, and shared his views on the equity investment model. He pointed out that BEWG expects to take the signing of the agreement as a new starting point to further expand cooperation areas, improve the levels of cooperation, give full play to the core business areas and regional advantages of both sides, jointly strengthen the linkage between internal and external platforms, pay equal attention, push forward the implementation of the project, provide deep-seated and systematical solutions for local cities, and finally achieve mutually beneficial and win-win high-quality development.
Lin Liang welcomed Zhou Min and his delegation, and expressed his appreciation for the brand advantages, professional ability and contributions of BEWG in the environmental protection field. He said the signing is a good start to deepen cooperation, and hoped that the two sides would strengthen cooperation in Niche areas such as equity investment in the environmental protection industry and pipeline network operation and maintenance, establish a long-term cooperation mechanism and jointly explore new development paths. Meanwhile, accelerate the implementation of specific projects in related fields to achieve win-win cooperation.
