Signing of Strategic Cooperation Agreement between BEWG and CRCC22 2017-07-07
On July7, 2017, a strategic cooperation agreement between Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited (BEWG) and China Railway 22nd Bureau Group Co., Ltd (CRCC22) was signed in BEWG headquarter in Beijing. CRCC22 Party Secretary and Chairman Hou Xicheng, CRCC22 Deputy General Manager Wang Canjun, CRCC22 Deputy General Manager Qin Peiwen, CRCC22 Deputy General Manager Xu Dongqing, BEWG Executive Director and President Zhou Min, BEWG Senior VP Yang Guang, and BEWG Executive Director and VP Zhang Tiefu attended the signing ceremony. BEWG VP Zhang Tiefu and CRCC22 Deputy General Manager Wang Canjun signed the agreement on behalf of the respective party.
CRCC22 Chairman Hou Xicheng addressed the signing ceremony, presented a detailed description of development history, business area, typical projects and engineering advantages of CRCC22, and especially mentioned the active measures of expanding business to investment & financing, and real estate development with engineering construction as the core business. CRCC22 Chairman Hou Xicheng hoped that both parties would take this opportunity to strengthen cooperation, to jointly establish cooperation platform, and to establish a deep cooperation relationship through making use of respective advantages. He suggested that both parties work together to implement the strategic cooperation agreement through complementary advantages.
BEWG President Zhou Min introduced the basic information, main business lines, and typical projects, etc. He stated that BEWG was actively implementing ecological strategy, hoping to rapidly establish an ecosystem to meet the demands of increasingly complex water treatment projects. BEWG would begin with ourselves to transform into an ecological enterprise, abandon the conventional ideas of the lowest cost and zero-sum gaming, and break the boundaries with an open mind and courage, for joint effort, creation, undertaking, and sharing with partners. He expressed his hope that both parties would make use of respective advantages to cooperate with each other in specific projects, and to jointly develop markets.
During the discussion, both parties had a deepening discussion about relevant qualifications, achievements, project cooperation modes, investment, and project design capability, and stated that both parties would have a good communication on the projects to push forward the project cooperation.
As per the agreement, both parties will carry out deep cooperation in terms of projects, technologies, and qualifications based on respective advantages, and put the state-of-the-art environmental protection technologies worldwide into the application of water source comprehensive utilization and development, water environment comprehensive treatment, municipal infrastructure, big data, and intelligent city, etc. Both parties will strive to establish a long-term, stable and close cooperation relationship on the basis of the principle of voluntariness, equality and mutual trust.
